First Aid Training
Central Ambulance Training Service (CATS) is a Health and Safety Executive approved training provider of first aid training courses, dedicated to delivering high quality training across a range of disciplines.
Our courses are conducted by a team of friendly trainers, instructors and assessors who are all professionally qualified and highly experienced medical professionals.
Open Courses
Our 'Open Courses' are offered to individuals and groups and are held regularly at our training centres in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Group Courses
We also offer 'Tailored Courses' designed for companies and organisations. These are normally conducted on the client's premises or at another convenient location. This approach enables a company to effectively update its employee's skills with the minimum of disruption to the organisation.
The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 require organisations to provide adequate and appropriate first-aid equipment, facilities and people so that employees and members of the public visiting your business can be given immediate help if they are injured or taken ill.
What is 'adequate and appropriate' will depend on the circumstances in your work place and you should assess what your first-aid needs are based on a risk analysis. Central Ambulance Training Services are happy to help you identify your requirements and tailor training to suit your organisations specific needs.
Event Medical Cover
In addition to first aid training, CATS also offer comprehensive professional
medical and ambulance cover for events of all types and sizes. Our
dedicated and highly experienced medical staff backed by
the latest equipment can provide comprehensive and reliable
cover for anything from small corporate events to major public
events.
These courses are available to the public at locations in
Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire regions. Click on each
